RoastMyyResume.in is an AI-powered tool that provides automated feedback on resumes and job fit analysis. It is meant for informational and entertainment purposes only.

We are NOT:

• A recruitment agency
• A career counsellor
• A certified HR professional
• A placement service
• Responsible for your job search outcomes

Our feedback is generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4). AI can and does make mistakes.

Please note:

• AI-generated roasts and scores are NOT professional HR or career advice
• Scores and grades are indicative only and should not be taken as absolute assessments
• The AI may misread, misinterpret, or miss sections of your resume
• Do not make major career decisions based solely on our AI feedback
• Always consult a qualified career counsellor or HR professional for serious career decisions
• Resume analysis results may vary each time you submit the same resume

By using this site you agree that:

• You are submitting your own resume or a resume you have permission to analyse
• You will not submit resumes containing false or misleading information
• You will not use the site to harm, defame, or misrepresent any person
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse our AI system
• You are at least 18 years of age

If you submit to the #RoastMonday leaderboard:

• Only submit your own resume roast result
• Do not submit another person's resume without their consent
• We reserve the right to remove any leaderboard entry at our discretion
• Leaderboard entries are anonymised but publicly visible

• The RoastMyyResume.in brand, logo, design, and content are our intellectual property
• AI-generated roast content based on your resume belongs to you
• You may share your roast results freely
• You may not reproduce or resell our platform or AI system

• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• All purchases are non-refundable as the AI analysis is delivered instantly on payment
• In case of a technical failure where analysis was not delivered, contact us within 24 hours for a resolution

RoastMyyResume.in and its creators are not liable for:

• Job rejections or career setbacks
• Decisions made based on AI feedback
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading AI-generated content
• Any emotional distress caused by the roast (we did warn you)
• Technical errors or service interruptions

The maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid us, if anything.

You agree to indemnify RoastMyyResume.in from any claims arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
